It's an alright place to live. Some of the neighbors mind their own business and some of them think we live in a black African ghetto and want to listen to their talk all day. Otherwise all in all its a pretty nice place to live and their new management.

If you are looking for a place to live, I highly recommend 41st Street Commons. The location is great and looks like it is going to be a hot place to live in the near future. Close to the mall, an urgent care, and some food places. Quiet place as well. The management team is amazing and are always welcoming and whiling to help. They answer promptly and as soon as they are able to. They have great costumer service skills and are always inviting. The new management team is doing a great job and are doing their absolute best. The maintenance team is outstanding, they do a great job with service request and are also always willing to help out. They are super friendly and easy to talk to. They always have a smile on their face and take care of issues as soon as they can. I again, highly recommend this place.
